FLUKE!

Really…is this a joke. The giants are Super Bowl Champs. I don’t even want believe it. It hurts knowing the Redskins actually did beat the Giants this season. The Patriots lost to the Giants it just doesn’t sound right. Eli Manning is living off of his brothers name. Well at least I thought he was, but then he won the Super Bowl.

Speechless…

Best Wide Receiver in the NFL

ESPN.com recently did a profile on the Best Wide Receiver in the NFL. There number one wide receiver was Randy Moss. I personally feel the list was fine. The second receiver was Terrell Owens and Third was Steve Smith. The List was clearly shaded toward who was hot. I almost exploded when I saw that Santana Moss was number 33 on the list. Players like Bobby Engram and Bernard Berrian were ahead of him.
Who are these guys. Santana is a year removed from the best season in Redskins franchise history for a wide receiver. 84 catches, 1,483 yards, and 9 touchdowns. That same season, Bobby Engram had 67 catches, 778 yards and 3 touchdowns. Are you kidding me? The ESPN writers have always gone with who is hot right now, but this is absurd. Players who have been in the league for two or three years, are on the list ahead of him. That is stupid to me, I feel like ESPN just disrespects what people have done for the game. Santana is a great player, much better than some Roddy White, or Lee Evans, that is pure disrespect. I wonder how much these ESPN people actually make. They just hop on with who is hot.
Its really getting to the point where they aren’t speaking about what they, but more of what they see.

The Best to ever do it?

Joe Jackson Gibbs, what more can I say? He is honestly one of the best coaches to ever walk the sideline. In my opinion he is the best. 3 Super Bowl Championships, with 3 different quarterbacks. You can barely find one coach that has won one Super Bowl with the same quarterback he has had for several years.
Gibbs came to the Washington Redskins in 1981. He proceeded to win super bowls in 1982, 1987, and 1991. Gibbs had more than 150 regular seasons wins in his head coaching career. In the 1993 season Gibbs, decided to step away from the Game. During his retirement in 1996, Gibbs was placed in the Pro Football hall of fame. I question how many coaches in the league will even come close to being a Hall of famer. This is I think he should be one of the best to ever coach if not the best.
In the 2004 season, Gibbs made his return to the sideline and rebuilt a team. The Redskins were struggling at the point where gibbs was needed. Gibbs came back to lead the Redskins to the playoffs twice in three seasons before stepping down again. During his last season Gibbs carried the team through a hard time, when Safety Sean Taylor was murdered. But Gibbs was a master coach and even better man. Gibbs is Responsible for putting the Washington Redskins on the map. Coaches like Bill Parcells, and Mike Holmgren have big names but have not put up the same results as Coach Gibbs.
